I'm Bridgette, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, real food lover, adventurer, health seeker and passionate lover of life!
I grew up, like many of us did, following the Standard American Diet of fast food, boxed dinners, snacks, mindless eating and all the sugar. I decided I wanted to change my life and got caught up in the fitness world of over exercising, under eating, and suppressing my emotions to "push through".
By the time I was 24 years old I had created a number of health issues, that took me years to recover from. I wish I would have known then, what I know now. But also, my healing journey is what lead me down the path to help others heal and become the best version of themselves. I believe that everyone has the power to live an extraordinary life.
I take a holistic approach to movement and nutrition. Getting back to our roots is so important. Eating Real food and paying attention to the individuality that our bodies require to heal and perform at their most optimal state. We need to nourish our bodies in order to have healthy minds and healthy thoughts. I love watching my clients uncover vibrant health. There is nothing more rewarding that watching restored joy and energy overcome someone.
I work with those who want real answers and personalized solutions to their health needs. I work with those who are done chasing diets, doctors, and meds. I work with those that are ready to transform their lives and get rid of their symptoms for good!
There is room to learn and improve everyday. As we grow, we learn. and as we learn, we grow. I am constantly seeking new research and continuing education, while maintaining an ancestral approach to my teachings and practices. I take my work seriously, while having fun and celebrating success along the way. There is always joy to be found in the journey.
